Many of our portable systems can be erected by your own staff. However, many of our clients prefer to have everything looked after from start to finish. It also enables customers to have more complex stands that would not be practical for self-build.

Some events have to be set up the day or evening before the event actually starts. This would normally mean an extra day out of your staff’s itinerary plus an overnight hotel cost if out of their local area.
We liaise with the venue beforehand to make sure that electrics/carpet etc are all in place for when the stand arrives. Many times we have seen other people arrive at the venue and find no carpet or electrics.
We store the stand between events. It saves you time and hassle shipping stands all over the country to sales staff who then have to stay in all day to receive it by courier. If you send directly to the venue then you take a big risk praying it will be there when your staff arrive on set up day. After the event, your sales staff have the task of packaging the stand and all the boxes left of literature suitable enough for a courier to take away.
Another key benefit of us erecting your stand is that the graphic panels will have a longer life. Our staff are familiar with all the systems we use and know how to handle them and the graphics.
On larger stand builds you may well need to hire a van to get everything to the venue.
